Reservation and contract terms:
Kayak rental include the chosen kayak, paddle, cockpit cover and a floating west.
You are responsible for the equipment until you return it in shape so treat the gear like you would your own.
Broken or damaged gear, whether of not purpotedly or accidentally broken, will be charged from you in full.
Kayak rental are paid in advance.
Rent'ee must show a valid up to date identification document: passport, EU drivers license and such.
The rent'ee is obligated to take good care of the equipment.
The rent'ee agrees to only use the kayak as intended.
You can not give access to the equipment to others.
Any and all damages, liberate of deliberate will the charged from the rent'ee.
Any missing items will be charged in full from the rent'ee.
The equipment must be returned at disclosed time and place.
Overtime gives right for extra fee charged on the rent. Taking the kayak outside finnish border is prohibited.
The rental service hold the right to cancel and alter the terms in case of misconduct thereafter.
